As Home Appliances BUILT IN - Key Account Manager (Retail Channel), you will implement the sales strategy to achieve category sales targets and increase market share thanks to a deep knowledge of business, products anc retail channel in the Italian territory.

WHAT THE ROLE IS ABOUT

Directly reporting to Built In Sales Director, you will execute the sales strategy in order to reach sales targets and market share increasing through an accurate sales forecast and the knowledge of the main sell-in/sell-out practices of the reference channel.

In particular, the main activities will be:


* acquisition market knowledge in order to take advantage of market opportunities and increase sales.
* work together with other Built In Key Account Managers in order to optimize LG position in all sales channels.
* development of short and long term sales plans and forecasts, and prepare sales strategies on the assigned customers.
* acting as key contact person between customer and the LG organization in order to channel information flows and increase customer satisfaction.
* maintenance of high levels of awareness of market and competitor activity, customer trends and provide all internal stakeholders with this feedback
* monitoring the customers through accurate forecasting, sell out information, budgetary control and general cost management.
* development of good working relationships with all LG internal departments, including Marketing, Product Management, Sales Administration, Customer service, Logistics, Credit Control and Finance

Qualifications & Skills

* Deep knowledge of Built In Market acquired through at least 3/5 year experience in a similar position in Built In Market;

* Deep experience and knowledge of Consumer Electronics market and retail channel
* Degree in Economics, Engineering, Finance or similar;

* Fluent English, verbal and written. Fluent Italian, in case of non-native speakers;

* Experience and knowledge of working within a proactive sales environment and proven track record of success within an account management position;

* Proven commercial acumen and ability to achieve commercial objectives;

* Analytical, with a proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, in particular of Excel;

* Capability ofworking within a performance management environment KPIs;

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

* Good networking skills and abilities;

* Time management and flexibility;

* Frequent availability to travel throughout the country.
