The candidate will be responsible to design, develop, test, and maintain software applications to ensure they meet user requirements and needs. /ppbrbAs a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for: /b /pullipProviding technical leadership and defining, evolving software in a fast-paced and agile development environment using the latest software development technologies and infrastructure. /p /lilipDriving implementation programs through Agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum) and platforms (Rally, Jira...). /p /lilipProviding leadership to an agile team of 5-7. /p /lilipWorking with Product Line Leaders (PLLs) to understand product requirements vision. /p /lilipCollaborating in collecting, defining, and the rationalization process maps process cases. /p /lilipTranslating requirements/vision into a prioritized list of user stories and delivering to required timelines and quality standards. /p /lilipAttending sprint review meetings to accept/discard sprint releases and artifacts. /p /lilipWorking with product line leaders and architects to develop multi-generational software technology plans. /p /lilipReporting about benefits, progress, and risks of every work package to the program's leadership team. /p /lilipDriving increased efficiency across the teams, eliminating duplication, leveraging product and technology reuse. /p /lilipSupporting process improvements which guide the development, sustaining support activities /p /lilipCommunicating effectively both within immediate team and also across leadership team and with PLLs /p /lilipEnsuring team receives consistent messages and has clear understanding of business direction, strategy and results /p /lilipEngaging subject matter experts in successful transfer of complex domain knowledge /p /lilipApplying principles of SDLC and methodologies like Lean/Agile/XP, CI, Software and Product Security, Scalability, Documentation Practices, refactoring and Testing Techniques. /p /li /ulpbFuel your passion /b /ppbrTo be successful in this role you will: /pullipHave a bachelor’s degree in computer science or “STEM Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math). /p /lilipHave proven years of professional experience as a Software Engineer. /p /lilipHave working experience in driving implementation programs through Agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum) and platforms (Rally, Jira...). /p /lilipWorking experience in software development and relevant processes and tools (GIT) or systems integration and architecture design. /p /lilipProven experience in process analysis activities. /p /lilipBe fluent Italian and English. /p /lilipBe a BB or GB Certified. /p /lilipHave experience with code-writing in a variety of programming languages. /p /lilipKnowledgeable in data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles. /p /lilipPossess excellent oral and written communication skills. /p /lilipPossess excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. /p /lilipStrong problem-solving abilities and capable of articulating specific technical topics or assignments. /p /lilipExperience in building scalable and highly available distributed systems. /p /lilipExpert in breaking down problems and estimate time for development tasks. /p /lilipDemonstrates clarity of thinking to work through limited information and vague problem definitions. /p /lilipProactively identifies and removes project obstacles or barriers on behalf of the team.
