We are looking for a
Customer Support Agent
with native proficiency in
Italian
and at least
B2 level in English
to join our team in Lisbon. As a member of our support team, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customers' inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Troubleshoot and resolve general and technical issues (e.g., video uploads, account issues, bug troubleshooting)
Document all actions taken and escalate complex issues as needed
Maintain high customer service standards with empathy and attention to detail
Requirements:
Language Requirements:
C2 proficiency in
Italian
and
B2 level in English
Experience:
Senior or Junior level (Experience in customer support is a plus)
Soft Skills:
Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, team player, time management, and empathy
Technical Skills:
Basic proficiency in
Google products
(Gmail, Chrome, Google Drive) and troubleshooting abilities
