And that’s the kind of work we want to be part of. /p pIn this bTerritory Sales Manager /b position within our Capsule Health Ingredients (CHI) business unit you will be responsible for our strategic Eastern European accounts. You will Identify and evaluate business opportunities to grow Lonza CHI’s share in the hard empty capsule market. You will work closely and collaborate with our divisional and regional business leaders and internal cross functional teams. /p pThe position is available remotely from German, Italy, Belgium, France and Hungary. /p h3What you will get /h3 ul lipA remote opportunity with 30% - 40% travel required /p /li lipAn agile career and dynamic working culture /p /li lipAn inclusive and ethical workplace /p /li lipCompensation programs that recognize high performance /p /li lipA variety of benefits dependent on role and location /p /li /ul h3What you will do /h3 ul lipResponsible for sales management and generating new business expansion of the customer base through regular customer visits /p /li lipGenerates and closes new business opportunities by promoting current and emerging technologies as they become available /p /li lipIdentifies market trends, assesses market potential and develops strategies to grow CHI’s market share in the Pharma segment /p /li lipSupports execution of operational excellence projects with the objective to sustain profitable revenue growth, strong market share and long-term partnership with his customers /p /li lipBe an active listener to customers’ needs to meet implicit and explicit expectations. Provides timely customer support to ensure superior experience with CHI, defines ad-hoc plans and coordinates with internal resources to secure preferred supplier position at customers /p /li /ul h3What you will bring /h3 ul lipBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales or life sciences field /p /li lipProven track record in sales of pharmaceutical products (we're specifically interested in APIs, primary packaging sales for pharma industry or excipients), experience with gelatin capsules is a plus. /p /li lipFamiliarity with CRM tools, particularlySalesforce.com /p /li lipBusiness proficient English is essential for the position, additional languages are a plus /p /li /ul pEvery day, Lonza’s products and services have a positive impact on millions of people.
