ABOUT OUR OFFER
* A job at TUI offers more than your basic salary which already starts at 25.000€ gross per year.

ABOUT THE JOB
* You are responsible for communicating booking updates with our excursion suppliers and destination teams to ensure a smooth Service Delivery operation.
* Ensure all reservations are managed in detail and suppliers receive them on time
* Monitor that the terms and conditions of excursions meet the quality and operations standards agreed
* Overseeing Operation during excursion day.
* Managing and loading all bookings into the system
* Guarantee that all information is collected in a timely and efficient manner for invoicing purposes.
* Managing amendments and communicating them to Service delivery team and suppliers guaranteeing services as smoothly as possible and optimizing costs and load factor.
* Responsible for loading pick up times into the system.
* Solving daily operational incidents to guarantee that our Service Level Agreements are met.
* Liaise & negotiate with suppliers to solve problems.
* Valuating & closing excursions according to timelines & accounting needs.
* Collaborate with colleagues in other teams & support operations in other areas of Italy.
* Offer full experience as a local expert to the delivery team.
* Responsible for pre-ordering attractions entrance tickets.
* Assist our suppliers/clients when on the spot through the emergency line
* Guide contracting
ABOUT YOU
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in Italian & English is required. Other European languages would be advantageous.
* Great organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in the leisure and tourism industry is desirable.
* Able to work in a flexible manner (including different shifts Monday-Sunday)
* Able to solve problems independently and embrace our digital culture.
* Easily adapt to working changes and quickly learn new skills
* A collaborative and great team player
* Ability to prioritize in day-by-day workload
