We are looking for a new colleagues to join the Berlin Packaging team – proactive, commercially driven professionals with a strong hunter mindset, eager to grow new business.

Your Role:

* Acquire new target clients and identify business opportunities in line with the company’s strategy.
* Expand our presence in geographical markets by identifying new growth areas.
* Build customer loyalty by ensuring excellent service.
* Participate in international trade fairs and client presentations to promote the brand and its products.

Who We Are Looking For:

* At least four years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the same industry.
* Excellent written and spoken English.
* Willingness to travel approximately 40% of the time.
* Strong analytical skills for report preparation.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
* Knowledge of French is considered a plus.
