Sales Management Role
Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our efforts in the Italian market. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and optimizing our channel system, ensuring seamless supply chain management and maintaining profitable relationships with partners.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals, including quarterly and annual targets.
2. Formulate product and price strategies to maximize market share and revenue growth.
3. Optimize distributor systems to ensure efficient inventory supply and maintain market order.
4. Manage regional sell-in and sell-out activities to achieve accurate sales forecasts.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales Management or related field; experience in personal care, kitchen appliances or pet products is a plus.
2. At least 5 years of local work experience, with a proven track record of integrated marketing success in the Italian market.
3. Strong market development and sales capabilities, with ability to withstand pressure and drive results.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills, with experience in team leadership and project development.
