PpIn the context of the SSE International Group, we're looking for a Sales Manager to be included in our Commercial Team. /ppThe bSales Manager /b is a highly technical, consultative selling professional tasked with growing the company’s engineered solutions business – primary and not exhaustive to Controls and Engineered Solutions, Redesigns, Modernization and Revamps, across turbomachinery and rotating equipment needs. This role requires deep technical knowledge, industry-specific application insight, and the ability to align SSE’s engineered solutions with customer performance, reliability, and efficiency goals. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliIdentify, qualify, and develop new and existing customer opportunities for controls, upgrades and retrofit projects across industrial markets. /liliOwn the full opportunity lifecycle from early customer engagement and technical discovery through commercial negotiation, contract award, and transition to execution. /liliLead customer engagement through technical discovery, asset assessments, scope definition, and opportunity qualification. /liliCollaborate with engineering and controls teams to develop integrated solutions involving mechanical repairs, refurbishments, and reengineering; control system upgrades (PLC, DCS, HMI, instrumentation, automation integration); and reliability, efficiency, and emissions-improvement initiatives. /liliDevelop compelling value propositions that align engineered solutions with customer performance, availability, lifecycle cost, commercial value, and compliance objectives. /liliPrepare detailed, customized technical and commercial proposals and presentations. /liliServe as liaison between customers, engineering, field services, and operations departments to ensure technical alignment from proposal through execution. /liliSupport bid clarification, technical negotiations, contract development, and project kick-off activities ensuring commercially sound outcomes and clear scope definition. /liliRepresent Fox at customer sites, industry events, conferences, and tradeshows, showcasing revamp capabilities and modernization expertise. /liliMaintain accurate CRM data, manage opportunity pipelines, forecast revenue, and track active pursuits and follow-ups. /liliProvide accurate sales forecasts, maintain disciplined opportunity qualification, and contribute market and competitive intelligence to support strategic growth initiatives. /liliSupport long-term customer strategies, including repeat revamp programs, modernization roadmaps, and lifecycle service opportunities. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliA bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or another related field is required. /liliAt least five (5) years in technical sales, project development, application engineering, or project management within industrial equipment, turbomachinery, and automation environments. /liliStrong understanding of rotating equipment systems (compressors, pumps, turbines, bearings, seals, auxiliaries) and how they interface with control and automation systems. /liliWorking knowledge of industrial control systems, including PLCs, DCS, instrumentation, control panels, and commissioning concepts. /liliAbility to interpret engineering data, mechanical drawings, PIDs, control narratives, and system architectures. /liliProven ability to navigate long sales cycles and complex stakeholder environments in regulated or asset-intensive industries. /liliDemonstrated commercial acumen, including opportunity qualification, pricing awareness, and contract risk consideration. /liliCollaborative networker across engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams. /liliProficient in Microsoft Office suite, CAD/technical drawing review, and CRM tools. /liliWillingness and ability to travel to customer sites and project locations as required. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
