As bRegional Marketing Manager – Heart Failure /b, you will shape and drive the marketing strategy for Abbott's HF portfolio across South Europe, including bChronic HF, Acute HF and CardioMEMSTM /b.

/p h3bWhat You'll Do /b /h3 pbStrategy Portfolio Leadership /b /p ul liDefine and execute short-, mid- and long-term marketing strategies for the Heart Failure portfolio, aligned with global and EMEA/APAC direction.
/li liTranslate portfolio strategies into clear value propositions, positioning, pricing and go-to-market plans that deliver sustainable growth and margin objectives.
/li liLead regional New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, ensuring prioritization, readiness and flawless execution.
/li /ul pbRegional Coordination Execution /b /p ul liDrive consistency of marketing approaches across South Europe while adapting to local market dynamics.
/li liPartner closely with the South HF Regional Director, EMEA/APAC Marketing teams and global stakeholders.
/li liEnsure effective launch and adoption through high-impact marketing materials, sales tools and field enablement.
/li /ul pbCommercial Market Impact /b /p ul liMonitor market trends, competition and performance, identifying opportunities to strengthen competitive advantage.
/li liSupport forecasts, business reviews and planning cycles (LBE, Outlook) for the HF portfolio.
/li liPartner with the field organization through joint customer visits and strategic account engagement.
/li /ul pbStakeholder Ecosystem Engagement /b /p ul liBuild and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), scientific societies and key external stakeholders.
/li liSupport Health Economics, Reimbursement and Governmental Affairs initiatives to enable access and adoption.
/li liIdentify cross-divisional synergies within Abbott and lead pilot initiatives where relevant.
/li /ul pbLeadership People Development /b /p ul liInspire, coach and develop the regional marketing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
/li liAct as a role model for Abbott's values, ethics and compliance standards, including Quality and OEC requirements.
/li /ul h3bWhat You Bring /b /h3 ul liMedical, scientific or biomedical education.
/li liSolid experience in bmedical devices /b, with b5+ years /b in Heart Failure, Cardiac Surgery, Perfusion or related clinical/marketing roles.
/li liProven success in strategic marketing, portfolio management and key account engagement.
/li liStrong understanding of bmedical device compliance and reimbursement pathways /b.
/li liExperience working in complex, bmatrix organizations /b across multiple countries.
/li liFluency in bEnglish /b (written and spoken) French; additional European languages are a plus.
/li liA results-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with strong influencing, prioritization and problem-solving skills.
