Business Market Development /h3ulliAchieve revenue and margin growth targets by increasing the customer base across Europe and the assigned international markets. /liliAccelerate the introduction of new, high-value technologies and formulations. /liliIdentify, select and develop distributors, focusing on technically skilled partners capable of managing complex product portfolios. /liliExpand the commercial network in key markets such as Poland, Ukraine, the Ex-Yugoslavian countries and Eastern Europe (excluding Germany, France and Spain, already managed). /liliScout and establish new business opportunities and partnerships to strengthen the company's positioning in both existing and new markets. /li /ulh32. Sales Network Management Cross-Functional Collaboration /h3ulliManage Area Managers. /liliReport directly to the General Manager. /li /ulh33.
