We’re growing fast and expanding across Europe. To support this growth, we’re looking for a Customer Success Account with excellent English skills, a passion for technology, and a customer-centric mindset. You will join our dynamic team and play a key role in building strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients. We are seeking someone who is analytical, data-driven, and tech-savvy, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to manage projects independently. Motivation, creativity, initiative, and critical thinking are essential.
Responsibilities
* Be the main point of contact for our clients and help them unlock the full potential of our platform.
* Support clients in managing the platform (this is not a development role; no coding skills required).
* Manage the full client lifecycle from onboarding to renewal, building and maintaining relationships with high-profile stakeholders.
* Ensure clear communication and timely responses to client requests and issues.
* Collaborate with internal teams, especially product and development, to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Contribute to the design and implementation of strategies to enhance the customer experience and optimize internal processes.
* Create and manage regular reports and analyses to support the sales team in developing and optimizing strategies.
Qualifications
* At least 3 years of experience in roles requiring strong digital hard and soft skills.
* Proficiency with Project Management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
* Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
* Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills with the ability to build trust and manage professional relationships effectively.
* Strong familiarity with digital platforms, SaaS tools, and emerging technologies (AI, apps, algorithms).
* Nice to have: proficiency in Spanish, German, or another European language, and interest/experience in the events industry.

* Compensation: Annual gross salary range €27,000 - €35,000, with individual OTE and company performance bonuses.
