In order to grow their business, we are looking for a bSales Engineer /b role. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliAchieving sales targets set by the company; developing the Annual Operating Plan and Long Range Plan based upon targets set for the area. /liliOrganizing and structuring sales activities; regular visits to main customers, opportunities/leads distributors in the area and support the sales team (Independent Sales Rep) at other customers, opportunities distributors in their territory. /liliCreating new business and sales opportunities; help identifying possible new markets for (new) products and services through all channels within the country or for Europe. /liliContinuously collecting data and reporting on market trends, competitive products and pricing and updating the CRM database with the latest information. /liliContinuously updating the progress on running sales opportunities in the sales area and reviewing the CRM management report. /liliNegotiating local contracts and agreements. /liliProviding local technical support to customers and distributors. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliDegree in Chemical or Technical Engineering with at least several years of commercial experience, preferably in higher value B2B consumable goods industry. /liliExperience in Metal Working / Metal Working Fluids industry / Industrial Lubricants strongly preferred. /liliEntrepreneurial attitude, extrovert, self‑motivator, diplomatic, sense of humor, internationally oriented. /liliExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and develop cross‑functional relationships at all levels inside a customer; strong communication, selling and presentation skills, but also analytical. /liliFlexible mindset; able to cope with different cultures. /liliPreferably a network of contacts within the metalworking industry. /liliDemonstrated sales and marketing ability and successes. /liliItalian native language and English speaking. /li /ulh3Additional Information /h3ulliDesignated area: Brescia (BS), Italy. /liliSeniority level: Mid‑Senior level. /liliEmployment type: Full‑time. /liliJob function: Business Development and Sales. /liliIndustries: Chemical Manufacturing. /li /ulh3Benefits /h3pReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at DIKTON by 2x. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
