You will be involved in major discontinuity projects for major national and international clients, in direct contact with the top management of leading companies.
Specifically, you will be tasked with:
* Rethinking theoperating modelsof key business functions (Finance, HR, Procurement, Supply Chain) throughorganizational and operational levers. The goal is to implement models that canimprove business performance in alignment with business strategies;
* Supportingorganizational redesign and process re-engineering initiativesthrough change management pathways, providing levers to address change and unlocking its full potential to be an integral part of the business transformation;
* Evaluatingthe impacts and expected benefits of implemented initiatives, monitoring pre- and post-transformative performance, and initiating targeted plans to close identified gaps.

This is the perfect opportunity for you if you have:
* A master’s degree inManagement, Business Administration, Management Engineeringor related fiel;
* At least 5 years of experience in Business Transformation projects,working on initiatives requiring strategic-level process reengineering and interacting directly with the C-suite
* Leadership abilities in coordinating teams and in client management;
* An excellent knowledge of English, ideally with study and/or work experience abroad.
