Skills & Requirements 4–7+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, or growth roles Strong analytical and strategic mindset, with advanced proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets) and major ad platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, etc.) Proven track record of scaling paid campaigns with clear impact on revenue, CAC, and ROAS Experience managing budgets and optimizing multi-channel acquisition strategies Strong understanding of attribution models, funnel optimization, and performance measurement Fluent in English (C1+); Spanish is a plus Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members is a plus Here’s what you will take care of Perf
