In this role you drive the commercial success of newly launched products across the EMEA region. You bridge Product, Sales, Marketing, Applications and Service to move NPIs from launch to meaningful revenue. You, supported by cross-functional teams, shape country plans and build an accelerated NPI pipeline. You will engage early adopter accounts to secure initial wins and guide launches to scale across markets. This is an opportunity to influence product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies while delivering measurable patient and lab outcomes.
