The Commercia/ Marketing Specialist supports the Head of Marketing and Head of Sales and Handling Italy in the implementation of marketing and communication activities in the Italian market, ensuring alignment with Lufthansa Cargo ́s global marketing strategy. Tasks Your main tasks include, among others: Prepare marketing and communication activities in the Italian market, in alignment with global brand guidelines Coordinate communications and advertising materials (content, visuals, messaging) to fit market specifics Manage digital marketing activities, such as website content updates, digital content management, and the execution of email campaigns in line with global frameworks Prepare briefings and coordinate with marketing agencies and external partners Support sales-driven marketing initiatives such as local events, trade fairs, congresses and promotional activities Track marketing KPIs, maintain marketing materials, and support ongoing optimization of local marketing activities Requirements The ideal Commercial/Marketing Specialist should meet the following requirements: Bachelor's degree required Min. 5 years of relevant Marketing work experience Excellent B2B marketing knowledge preferably in a local or regional role, with solid knowledge of brand implementation, digital content management (website, email campaigns), and hands‐on experience with marketing tools Experience in Air Cargo marketing is an advantage Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken Computer skills (MS office, Excel, Word & PowerPoint) Skills: Analytical skills, Business sense, Cost consciousness, Reasoning Ability, Communication skills, Flexibility About Lufthansa Cargo AG Lufthansa Cargo Aktiengesellschaft, headquartered in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, is a subsidiary of Deutsche Lufthansa Aktiengesellschaft.
