Experteer Overview
In this role you drive profitable growth for Ultrapure Water (EDI & LAB) across the EMEA region, leading regional teams and shaping go-to-market and channel strategies. You will manage a high-value pipeline, collaborate with product, R&D, and operations, and represent Xylem at industry events. The position offers visibility and impact in a global, sustainability-focused business. You’ll solve complex sales challenges while advancing critical water solutions.

- Own and deliver a regional sales growth plan with above-market, profitable expansion
- Lead, coach and develop regional teams across EMEA
- Execute strategic growth initiatives and commercial projects
- Define and implement go-to-market strategies for direct sales and channel partners
- Identify and convert new opportunities while growing key accounts
- Develop targeted sales strategies for key verticals (Pharma, Energy, Semiconductor, Industrial Water Treatment)
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting and robust pipeline (SIOP reporting)
- Collaborate with Product Management, R&D, Operations, Technical Support, and Customer Service
- Monitor market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities
- Represent Xylem at industry events and customer engagements across EMEA and beyond
- Drive opportunity/funnel management using CRM (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
- Ensure profitable deals while protecting margins
- Prepare and present updates, forecasts, and insights to global leadership
- Foster cross-unit collaboration to leverage synergies
- Conduct regular performance reviews and support talent development
Responsabilità
- 12+ years of experience in water treatment sales
- 7–10 years of leadership in sales or BD roles
- Proven regional leadership experience, including with Business Development Managers
- Strong expertise in deionized/ultrapure water applications (EDI & LAB desirable)
- Established industrial and customer networks in Pharma, Power, Semiconductor, and Industrial Water Treatment
- Proven track record closing complex, high-value deals
- Customer-focused with solution selling and relationship management
- Excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills
- High accountability and results orientation
- CRM proficiency (ideally Microsoft Dynamics) and MS Office
- Fluent in English and at least one additional European language
- Willningness to travel up to 50% across EMEA
