To further drive our success, we are constantly looking for new talents.For our Italian team in Milan, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Manager (m/f/d) Italy.Your Mission:Develop and implement a sales strategy to optimize sales activities and establish the SEVERIN brand in Italy.Lead and manage all sales activities across multiple channels (online and offline), fostering strong relationships with B2B partners.Monitor market trends and competitor activities, identifying new growth opportunities and sharing insights with headquarters in Germany.Acquire new sales partners and develop collaborative relationships.Develop marketing and assortment strategies for key accounts, ensuring effective product placement across distribution channels (B2B D2C).Manage online and offline content to ensure a consistent brand experience; guide external marketing agencies to increase visibility, aligned with the marketing budget.Analyze KPIs, provide performance reports, and implement improvements to drive results.Contribute to product management by sharing market-relevant ideas and trends for a competitive product range in Italy.Your Profile:5+ years of sales experience in FMCG, preferably in small domestic appliances (SDA).Proven sales success with a result-driven approach and knowledge of sales processes.Strong expertise in online and offline customer management, with a network in Italy.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship skills.Proactive, solution-oriented, with the ability to identify opportunities and implement strategies.Team player with the ability to work independently and take initiative.Deep knowledge of the Italian market, business culture, and consumer behavior.Willing to travel within Italy and occasionally to Germany.Energetic, motivated, with a passion for contributing to SEVERIN's success.Fluent in English and eager to work in an international environment.Have we sparked your interest?
