You will be a key contributor to technology volume ramp-up in ST.
Your role will be part of the Manufacturing group inside the Process Engineering team.
The focus of the group will be to ensure a smooth transition between the R&D
activities and the mass-production fab and to maintain high product quality, defining
process flows and recipes, ensuring equipment performances, understanding and
exploiting the interactions between different process steps.
Main roles
To manage WET & Dry Etch Process Engineering, Maintenance, Production and Technology Module Organization.
Responsibilities:
·To ensure Process & Equipment Robustness and Stability
·PM Management and Equipment Variability Program (i.e. OEE improvement vs. Targets)
·Production Manufacturing Team: manage objectives related to day by day activities with special focus on: Manufacturing Efficiency improvement programs, Wafer Fab Yield targets, Zero Excursion, focused on committed delivery
·Quality and Service towards internal/external customers
·To promote and sustain Lean approach and methodologies
·To promote strong synergy among all Module Teams
Profile
Qualifications
Senior profiles will be evaluated, with the following background and
characteristics:
• PhD or Master in scientific fields
• Experience in semiconductor ‘s company +15 years
•Curiosity, initiative, problem solving attitude and root cause identification
• Experience in Silicon, SiC processes and flow knowledge
•Excellent soft skills such as leadership, negotiation and communication
•Strong attitude to work in team, to motivate people and to facilitate communication and negotiation processes
• Experience in Process Audit management
• Attitude to collaborate with a cross-functional, cross-cultural and multi-disciplined team
