The ideal candidate has retail or luxury fashion experience, excels in team building, and delivers exceptional customer service. You will oversee the store launch, from staff recruitment and pre-opening preparations to daily operations and sales, shaping the store culture from day one. Responsibilities Support the area manager in daily activities, contributing to the store's commercial and HR strategies Manage all aspects of the store Plan, implement, and monitor measures to meet and exceed sales goals Ensure merchandising standards and optimize sales space for profitability Manage stock levels in line with replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies Maintain strong product and fashion knowledge Apply brand and seasonal visual merchandising standards Supervise customer reception in accordance with POP MART guidelines Coordinate store activities, including events, launches, and campaigns Train and develop new team members Lead by example and promote effective communication within the team Monitor team performance using KPIs and achieve store objectives Analyze customer behavior KPIs and act accordingly Achieve department budgets and targets Adhere to company procedures and policies regarding regulations, safety, pricing, promotions, and communication Required Qualifications & Experience Citizenship or valid Work Permit required 5-8 years of experience in similar roles (Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, Key Holder), preferably in dynamic multinational retail or luxury fashion Knowledge of trade KPIs, budget management, analysis, and reporting Agility, dynamism, problem-solving skills Strong results orientation Proven team management skills, ability to motivate and guide teams towards objectives Bachelor's or master's degree preferred Excellent Italian and English language skills Strong proficiency in Excel Desirable (Not Essential) Knowledge of CEGID software Your Application If interested, please apply with your updated CV via the “Apply Now” button or email us directly.
