About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Sales Director. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth through new customer acquisition and strategic partnerships.
Main Responsibilities:
* Capture new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to improve market share
* Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers
* Monitor performance and adjust strategies accordingly
* Support marketing activities and communication to improve brand image
* Maintain a strong understanding of the distribution PV market
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Bachelor's or master's degree in business, electrical, power, or related fields
* Good understanding of the distribution PV market
* At least 3 years of B2B sales experience in the PV or renewable energy industry
* Experience working for multinational companies with a global mindset
* Proven track record of successful execution of sales targets in previous roles
* PV technical background is an asset
* Positive attitude, self-driven, diligent, and a team player
* Strong negotiation and communication skills
