The role combines technical know-how, customer service excellence, and strong cross-functional interaction. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliAct as the first point of contact for customers and internal teams regarding technical issues /liliProvide technical support and assistance in maintenance, guarantee, and service-related topics /liliCoordinate external technical service partners for maintenance, guarantee, and goodwill works /liliAdvise Sales and Operations teams on technical matters when required /liliEnsure high customer service standards and contribute to achieving quality targets /liliSupport continuous improvement initiatives within Technical Service and Customer Service / Back Office /liliCollaborate closely with local subsidiaries and HQ to ensure service excellence /li /ulh3Profile Requirements /h3ulliIdeally technical education in sanitary building services (gas-water installer), as a technician or master craftsman.
