 
        For our client, a multinational company and global leader in consumer packaging, we are looking for a Sales Manager – Cartonboard, Italy Market. Sales Manager develops and manages its customers’ portfolio, drives profitable sales growth of its territory in line with Regional and Cartonboard Market Expansion strategy. The candidate, reporting to the Head of Regional Sales, will have the following responsibilities: Achieve sales targets and report on sales performance. Collaborate with internal departments and team members to develop and execute sales strategies. Contribute to the Cartonboard Market Expansion Team, bringing insights from its specific territory. Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring alignment with long-term goals and compliance. Account Management short term & long term Using Sales tools to share and report on Sales progress Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Sales. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver results consistently. Proficient with CRM systems and sales tools. Willingness to travel frequently within the territory. Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques. English and local market language proficiency required.
