Michael Page We are seeking an experienced Antenna Field Engineer to join operational support team for satellite ground infrastructures, including LEO (Low Earth Orbit) and GEO (Geostationary) systems. Based in Turin, you will support both local installations and remote sites across Europe, with occasional missions to other global regions. You will also act as a technical point of contact for the Turin teleport, supporting operations and troubleshooting when required.Main Responsibilities: · Provide Level 2/3 support for satellite ground systems, including antennas, RF chains, and associated network equipment. · Perform on-site interventions, preventive maintenance, and upgrades across European teleports. · Diagnose and resolve technical issues remotely or in the field. · Participate in the deployment, integration, and commissioning of satellite infrastructure (LEO & GEO). · Support Turin teleport operations, ensuring system availability and responsiveness. · Collaborate with internal teams (NOC, Engineering) and external vendors for issue resolution. · Document technical interventions, procedures Required Profile: · Solid experience in satellite ground segment operations or field support. · Technical proficiency in: Satellite antenna systems (tracking/non-tracking) RF components (HPA, LNB, modems) · Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously in the field. · Willingness to travel frequently, sometimes with short notice. · Fluent in Italian and comfortable in English (written and spoken). · Team player, detail-oriented, and customer-service minded.Preferred Qualifications (Assets): · Experience with LEO systems (e.g. OneWeb, Starlink). · Familiarity with teleport operations and satellite service provider environments. · Knowledge of ITIL processes and incident management. · Additional European language skills.Location: Turin (Italy) This company is a global leader in Satellite communications Ottima opportunità di carriera.
