The role is responsible for driving Industrial Quality excellence at site level and ensuring compliance with Alstom standards. It involves leadership in process improvement, team development, and quality performance optimization. /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul liOversee Industrial Quality activities: budget, people, processes, and performance; /li liDrive Performance (APSYS) improvement plans and Zero Defect initiatives; /li liSupport PFMEA update and Control Plans delivery; /li liEnsure digitalization of controls; /li liAnalyze site performance and resolve anomalies using problem-solving tools; /li liSupport GO/NO GO decisions and enforce safety-related production stops; /li liDeploy quality methodologies and manage team development through training and qualification plans. /li /ul h3Competencies / Qualifications /h3 ul libMaster’s in Engineering; /b /li liExperience with Quality tools (Lean Six Sigma, Problem Solving); /li liStrong industrial process knowledge; /li liManagement experience. /li /ul pbDesirable: /b Railway experience; 5+ years in industrial environments. /p ul libSkill: /b Rigor, communication, and technical expertise; /li liFluent English and international mindset; /li liAbility to work under pressure in a matrix organization. /li /ul pYou don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
