We deliver end-to-end Integrated Telecom, Security, and Fire & Gas detection and suppression solutions, primarily serving the Oil & Gas and Commercial sectors.Eurocontrolli's strength lies in its ability to manage the entire project lifecycle in-house, from Engineering and Detailed Design to Procurement, Project Management, Inspection, Logistics, Commissioning, SAT & PAT, Training, and long-term Maintenance, ensuring technically robust, compliant, and cost-effective solutions for complex international projects.
Your Professional OpportunityWe are looking for a Solutions / Presales Engineer to join our office in UAE, in Italy or in Saudi Arabia in a full-time position. Candidates working remotely will also be considered, depending on their experience and qualifications .In this role, you will play a key part in supporting Eurocontrolli's growth in international markets by developing technically compliant and commercially competitive solutions for international tenders related to integrated Industrial Telecom and Security systems.Working in close coordination with Account / Business Development Managers and senior management, you will contribute throughout the entire bid lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of high-quality techno-commercial proposals aligned with both client requirements and Eurocontrolli's execution capabilities.
Role & ResponsibilitiesReview and analyze technical requirements contained in client tender documentationIdentify critical technical constraints, risks, and compliance requirementsDevelop preliminary, high-level cost estimates for proposed solutionsIdentify suitable suppliers and technology partners for all required systems and equipmentPropose technical and design optimizations to enhance competitiveness and valuePrepare RFQ packages and manage the supplier inquiry processPerform technical and commercial evaluation of vendor quotationsCoordinate with suppliers to obtain clarifications or revised techno-commercial offers when requiredPrepare detailed technical and commercial comparison tablesPresent evaluated solutions and cost scenarios to Business Development and ManagementDevelop the Technical Offer package, including specifications, block diagrams, datasheets, and deviation listsEstablish the project cost baseline in line with the selected technical solution and execution strategyFinalize and submit complete technical and commercial bid packages within tender deadlinesTravel, from time to time, to meet vendors and attend bid clarification meetings with clients
Qualifications & ExperienceMaster's degree in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, or a related disciplineMinimum 3 years of experience in Presales, Solutions, or Proposal roles within Telecom and Security System Integrators, with mandatory experience in the Oil & Gas sectorFull professional fluency in English (spoken and written)Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and perform effectively under pressureStrong commercial awareness and cost-optimization mindsetExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and solution-oriented approachWillingness to travel internationally on short notice for client, vendor, and industry engagementsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
