Ariete Capital Group is a Turin-based investment and advisory firm focused on international wealth planning and asset management. We work with a global client base and operate across multiple brands, each with a distinct positioning and audience. Every piece of content serves a specific position in the funnel, reaches a sophisticated audience, and is held to high editorial and strategic standards.
The Role
This is a dual-track position: creative direction and operational execution across all our brands. The Content Strategist owns the editorial output from brief to publication, working under the CMO's strategic direction.
The role requires someone who understands that a financial services audience with $1M+ in investable assets reads differently from a general consumer audience, and who writes accordingly.
Responsibilities
Manage and execute the multi-brand editorial calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Write and edit scripts, captions, article copy, and LinkedIn posts in English, maintaining a distinct tone of voice for each brand
Produce and brief recurring content formats: short-form video scripts for AI avatar and faceless content
Propose new editorial angles, format ideas, and content series based on audience behavior and performance data
Review weekly content performance across platforms
Monitor relevant developments in investment migration, Italian tax residency, and international wealth planning to inform content direction
Requirements
Written English at a professional level. All content across the group is produced in English
Understanding of how content strategy works across different brand identities and audience segments
Familiarity with social media platforms and their content logic: what drives distribution, what drives engagement, and why
Hands-on experience with AI content production tools. We use HeyGen, ChatGPT, and Claude daily. Candidates who already work with these tools will be considered first.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines without losing quality
A portfolio or track record that shows both strategic thinking and execution, in any context
