This role involves frequent travel (2-3 days per week) to:
* Develop new retail partners
* Collaborate with existing retail partners to increase sales and improve channel visibility by:
* Monitoring purchase, sell-out, and inventory data.
* Planning and executing marketing and promotional activities.
* Visit key IMOU retail partners and shops to negotiate local deals and provide tools to boost sales (e.g., marketing materials and training).
* Work with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness through brand launches, product reviews, and influencer partnerships.
* Conduct market research to gather competitive insights and develop strategies to stay ahead.
Job Requirements
* Experience in retail store management and operations.
* Knowledge of procurement procedures of major distributors and retailers.
* At least 3 years of sales experience in CES/DIY channels; Smart Home experience is a plus.
* Strong market insights, planning, and business analysis skills.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and coordination abilities.
* Bachelor’s degree required; fluency in English.
* Passion for new technology and the Smart Home industry.
* Comfortable with frequent travel.
