Job Description: You will join our IT team in Firenze, contributing to projects that require both onsite and remote collaboration (2/5 onsite). As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in gathering requirements, drafting functional documentation, and acting as a liaison between clients and IT teams.

Your Missions: Collect and analyze business requirements from stakeholders Draft and maintain functional documentation Interface with clients to clarify needs and expectations Collaborate with IT teams to ensure technical feasibility Support project delivery and monitor progress Identify and resolve issues related to requirements and documentation Facilitate communication between business and technical teams Contribute to process improvement initiatives Your Profile: Experience in requirements gathering IT (2 years) Experience in drafting functional documentation Experience interfacing with clients and IT teams English fluent. Italian fluent.
