Job Overview Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Milan, is recruiting a full‑time Bartender to work with the F&B; Outlets Manager. The role covers beverage service in the lobby bar, The Living and the rooftop bar. The position is tempo pieno, 5 days a week with 2 days off, starting in June. The successful candidate will love creating memorable experiences around food and drink and will leave a lasting positive impression on our guests.
Responsibilities Represent and be the face of the hotel/bar to all guests.
Pamper guests.
Order, prepare, and serve drinks in accordance with standard recipes.
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
Ensure clean glasses, bar equipment, and working areas.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures and brand identity guidelines.
Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies.
Qualifications Passion for the luxury lifestyle hospitality industry.
A warm, people‑oriented demeanor and a team‑player attitude.
At least intermediate knowledge of Italian and English.
A safety‑first approach.
Positive outlook and dependability.
Previous bartending experience is a big plus.
