About the Role Based in Florence, you will be a key player in the Italian business development strategy. We are looking for a Sales Executive who can own the full sales cycle, nurture key client relationships, and help scale the business in the Italian market. Key Responsibilities : Drive commercial development in Italy, reporting to the Group Sales Director. Build and manage a strong pipeline of Fashion & Luxury clients. Develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders and close high-impact deals. Collaborate closely with technical teams to tailor offers and ensure seamless client integration. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings. Ensure regular reporting on performance and contribute to Italian business unit growth (revenue, margin, market share). Profile Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales or Account Manager in tech, IT consulting, or software / SaaS companies. Strong interest in IoT, blockchain, and digital transformation technologies. Knowledge of the Fashion or Luxury sectors is a strong asset. Confident communicator with solid analytical and negotiation skills. Fluent in Italian and English both required.
