PpbThe Company Multinational Chemical Company Hard Facility Manager /b /p h3THE ROLE /h3 ul liCoordinate maintenance personnel and ensure compliance with safety procedures. /li liManage outsourced maintenance contracts in collaboration with the Purchasing Manager. /li liCollaborate in achieving standards envisaged by plant certifications ISO 9001/TS, ISO 14000, and OHSAS 18001. /li liSupport in definition of supervision maintenance activities, tools, and improvement methodologies. /li liDevelop and ensure adequacy of plant and equipment in relation to safety and environmental legislation. /li liEnsure overall equipment efficiency (OEE) and optimize maintenance costs. /li liImplement the investment plan on plant and machinery, ensuring compliance with planned costs and legislation. /li liMaintain and care for GTC (Global Technology Center), Mechanical Testing Laboratory Operations plants. /li liSupport for design of new technical solutions for infrastructure, media supply, and services. /li liSupport project verification and review of technical drawings for integration into the Global Technology Centre. /li liImprove plant and machinery performance by reducing losses due to faults and malfunctions. /li liMonitor critical parts of the plant and ensure proper functioning through scheduled maintenance activities. /li liAct as Emergency Manager and Crisis Unit Manager during emergencies. /li /ul h3REQUIREMENTS /h3 ul liDegree in Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, Industrial, or Construction Engineering. /li liSignificant experience in people management and industrial engineering, test facilities, and in production plants and services. /li liDeep knowledge of industrial engineering, test facilities, and plants/services. /li liSupport for Opex and Capex Budget management (SAP). /li liNew plant installation and commissioning. /li liProject management and maintenance scheduling. /li liIntegrate Maintenance System. /li liTechnical documentation management. /li liProblem‑solving techniques. /li liSafety regulatory framework and machinery directive. /li liEmergency management and training for high‑risk fire officer and first aid officer. /li liRelations management, group management, conflict management, decision making, results orientation, flexibility to change, knowledge management and development. /li liCorporate organization, business economics, BT user skills, English proficiency. /li /ul h3LOCATION /h3 pTorino /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
