With a natural flair for lifestyle hospitality and strong communication skills, the Chef de Rang works closely with outlet colleagues in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of our guests.Key ResponsibilitiesSeat, take orders, and serve food and beverages to guests according to established sequence and proceduresPresent menus, answer guest inquiries, and make recommendations regarding food, beverage, and serviceClear and reset tables at the conclusion of each courseMaintain high standards of hygiene, presentation, and service throughout operationsBe fully conversant with all aspects of the Micros systemDemonstrate thorough knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items on the menu, and the ability to recommend combinations and upsell alternativesGuest Experience & ServiceProvide a welcoming and professional service to guests during breakfast, lunch, and dinnerSupport special events and high-volume service periodsEnsure compliance with service and hygiene standards at all timesPromote a guest-focused and service-driven culture within the outletCandidate ProfileMinimum of 2 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related hospitality environmentHigh standards of personal presentation and groomingAbility to work effectively under pressure, maintaining composure and objectivityStrong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindsetFluent in Italian and EnglishAdditional RequirementsStrong knowledge of menu items and beverage offeringsAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environmentFlexible and supportive team player with a positive attitude
