We live by the value "we win as a team" and enjoy working together to reach our ambitious goals, sharing our experiences to learn and grow. /ph3Your role in this journey /h3ulliBe the main contact person for our hosts in Northeast Italy who want to list their vacation rentals via our platform and advise them on how to use our product. /liliCoordinate the going live of our vacation rentals and help hosts with all post-booking related questions to ensure a continuously high level of customer-oriented service. /liliInteract with our product and content team to guarantee a smooth onboarding process. /liliBuild strong relationships with our key-customers and actively support them in increasing revenues. /liliImprove the performance of your accounts by analyzing existing data and develop a solution-oriented strategy. /liliOrganize lead generating and networking events to build a community of hosts. /li /ulh3Your backpack is filled with /h3ulliRelevant job experience in account management, tourism or other customer-oriented roles. /liliStrong communication skills and the ability to remain friendly and calm in all situations. /liliA customer-centric, problem-solving attitude. /liliExcitement about new technologies and the travel industry. /liliNear native German skills and fluent English skills.
