You’ll assist in CRM updates, analyze market trends, and help streamline operational tasks to support strategic sales decisions. Tasks and Responsibilities: - Data Management: Accurately input client data into our CRM system and maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, sales, and invoices - Statistical Analysis: Perform detailed market and customer analysis using various evaluation criteria to support strategic decisions. - Market Research: Support sales and marketing efforts by gathering and analyzing information about the sector, competitors, and market trends from various online sources. - Operational Support: Assist in the daily administrative tasks and project management to ensure smooth operations within the sales and marketing department. Requirements and Expected Skills: - Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration or a related field. - Precision and accuracy. - Able to comply with deadlines. - Work in a team as a valuable member. - Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. - Fluency in written English.
