The Sales Service Manager is a key member of the store leadership team, responsible for driving business and guest experience strategy in the store. This role focuses on meeting business targets, enhancing guest experience, and developing talent in line with ALO’s guiding principles. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliInvestigate and root‑cause sales opportunities, partnering with the General Manager to address process or system gaps. /liliOversee the Sales Service team to deliver an exceptional guest experience on the floor by assessing customer connection, technical product knowledge, and providing feedback and coaching. /liliBuild and maintain client relationships daily with customers. /liliEnsure effective sales floor coverage through workforce solutions and lead selling initiatives across the store. /liliCollaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement the Sales Service strategy. /liliRepresent the business in meetings and conference calls in partnership with the General Manager. /liliMonitor and manage budget, reporting, and other business data; use metrics such as expenses and sell‑thru to inform quarterly reviews and sales planning. /liliPlan workflows to protect optimal performance and align team behavior with ALO’s mission. /liliLead a team through accountability, continuous coaching, talent development, and effective communication. /liliEstablish internal and external pipeline through succession planning and recruitment strategy. /liliWrite schedules that prioritize business strategy in partnership with the General Manager. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliPrior leadership experience within retail or a related industry. /liliWorking knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). /liliExceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. /liliAgility to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment. /liliHigh motivation to drive business in a fast‑paced, innovative setting. /liliEntrepreneurial mindset and business owner mindset. /liliIndependent work ethic, strong time‑management, and personal accountability. /liliAlignment with and embodiment of ALO’s Guiding Principles. /liliPhysical ability to lift, push, carry up to 50 pounds and perform other required movements. /liliProof of right to live and work in the country from the start of employment. /li /ulh3Benefits Working Hours /h3pThe role is full‑time.
