We help businesses grow faster, operate efficiently, and transform in a dynamic market. /ph3Key Account Manager /h3h3What You Should Expect From The Role /h3ulliLead Point of Contact: Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters. /liliRelationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. /liliNegotiation and Profit Maximization: Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. /liliTrust Building: Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors. /liliTailored Solutions: Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives. /liliStrong Communication Skills: Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executives. /liliReporting: Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) and prepare reports on account status. /liliHandling of Multiple Accounts: Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail. /liliKnowledge Seeking: Continually refine excellent knowledge of company's products and capabilities - product specifications, applications, modifications, and troubleshooting - as the customer will depend on you to present proprietary solutions. /lili(Cross-Team) Collaboration: Work closely with sales team and other departments and develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas. /li /ulh3Mandatory Requirements: /h3ulliAt least 5 years commercial sales experience in IT market. /liliCapacity to manage small team. /liliYou must have a legal right to work in the country where the position is located. /liliYou should have successfully completed your Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field education. /lilibBusiness fluency in English and Italian /b. /liliSolid experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle Establish) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel). /liliWillingness to travel to client’s offices in region. /liliCreative, outside-the-box thinker who brings something new to the table and is not afraid to share those ideas. /li /ulh3What's in it for you? /h3ulliA permanent contract from day one /liliA mix of professional and soft skills trainings /liliGroup projects to work on business solutions with other program members from multiple countries, cultures, and functions /liliNetworking in the organization /li /ulpArrow is an equal opportunity employer.
