for the 2026 season (April‑October).
Role Overview You will join a young, dynamic team and report to the
Pastry Chef. We seek a passionate and collaborative professional who can develop skills in a refined, stimulating environment and ensure a personalised, high‑quality experience for guests.
Responsibilities
Follow instructions given by the Pastry Chef
Prepare all pastry products
Maintain hygiene and safety in compliance with HACCP regulations
Observe and adhere to the facility’s safety regulations
Ideal Profile
Previous experience in a similar role in comparable or gourmet restaurants
Strong technical pastry skills
Knowledge of HACCP and workplace safety rules, with updated certificates
Flexibility, punctuality and proactive attitude
Strong corporate culture affinity; proactive and positive disposition
Own vehicle or scooter, residence in nearby area
