TRADE MARKETING MANAGER

We are looking for a Trade Marketing Manager to lead premium solution activation across markets, ensuring consistent brand experience and strong collaboration with sales, chefs, partners, and training teams. The role manages a team of specialists and drives key trade initiatives, events, and customer‑facing activities that strengthen brand perception and commercial impact, ensuring effective central governance.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

1. Manage trade execution of premium solutions across channels and markets.
2. Define guidelines for exhibitions, events, cooking demos, showrooms ensuring consistent implementation.
3. Lead the Chef Academy and the showroom guest’s management.
4. Create and standardize Cooking Demo formats to support local execution.
5. Create the Training Academy learning programs for partners, dealers, and internal teams
6. Support chefs start‑up on site.
7. Coordinate events and exhibitions in collaboration with sales, product management and chef teams.
8. Use CRM to track leads, event results, and campaign performance.
9. Manage partnerships and define guidelines to support local activation.
