Responsibilities:
* Develop and expand business opportunities in the global Market Access sector, including Pharma, MedTech, and Digital Health, supporting strategic objectives.
* Lead initiatives to drive business growth by identifying new markets and client segments aligned with healthcare technology trends.
* Plan and execute commercial strategies to enhance visibility and market reach.
* Source new clients in target regions such as the US and Asia to build a sustainable client base.
* Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the life sciences industry, aiming for tangible business outcomes.
* Collaborate with Market Access teams on proposal development to secure new projects.
* Gather customer insights and relay feedback to influence product innovation.
* Partner with multiple departments to ensure cohesive project delivery.
* Support and report activities to the Head of Market Access, contributing to strategy development.
* Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networks to promote its expertise.
Required Experience:
* Deep understanding of healthcare technologies, especially in Market Access, Patient Access, and product launches.
* Experience in strategic relationship management within the life sciences sector.
* Proficiency in the full sales cycle, including prospecting, contracting, and account management.
* Knowledge of Market Access factors, including European and JAPAC HTA processes.
* Strong client interaction skills, capable of engaging senior/executive clients.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Economics, Business, or related fields.
* At least 7 years of experience in business development, commercialization, or innovation management in pharma, digital health, biotech, or MedTech sectors.
* Familiarity with healthcare regulatory and market access requirements.
* Ability to translate client needs into actionable deliverables.
* Willingness to travel as needed.
* Ability to work effectively across time zones and cultural contexts.
* Independent, motivated, organized, and proactive in sales roles.
* Strong team spirit and collaborative skills.
