Job Context Member of the local Opple Europe team Direct report to the Country Manager Italy Works closely with agencies in the region Lighting knowledge Technical and commercial skills Balanced tactical and operational skills Customer-focused with a passion for excellent service Practical, hands-on mentality Clear verbal communication, empathetic and concise Persuasive sales skills and influencing ability Experience with Salesforce (preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) Fluent in English and Italian Personal Attributes Result-oriented with a drive to overachieve Polished, analytical, engaging, with excellent interpersonal skills Hunter mentality Energetic and enthusiastic Determined and a self-starter High energy levels Ability to execute effectively Your responsibilities: Implement the commercial policy for the professional lighting channel Build coverage in the region, supporting agency efforts Create business cases with the Country Manager and Head of Sales for expansion Identify and develop new customers (installers, contractors, end users) Develop projects and report via Salesforce Conduct trainings for agencies and customers in Italy Serve as Italy's reference for BLE system training and collaboration Gather market intelligence and communicate with the marketing team Meet targets and budgets Manage relationships across channels and departments Who are we?
