POSITION OVERVIEWWe are looking for passionate and professional Chef de Partie to join our team!The role of the Chef de Partie is to successfully run a section as a part of the kitchen brigade. RESPONSIBILITIESPrior experience in luxury hotels/restaurant kitchens, as well as high volume establishments.Ability to work well with others and support team members in a group setting.Ability to work in an organized fashion, maintaining a clean work area & uniform.Desire to learn and grow, as well as help support other team members. QUALIFICATIONSKnowledge of kitchen procedures is mandatoryAt least 3 years previous kitchen experience in a similar roleFamiliar with food hygiene and relevant health & safety standards
