Duties and Responsibilities Maintain high standards of work in accordance with the Chef de Partie and Executive Chef. Ensure food preparation, quality, and presentation meet standards at all times under the guidance of the Chef de Partie and Executive Chef. Monitor stock levels and be responsible for replenishing your section. Perform daily and weekly procedures, including temperature checks, food labelling/dating, and storage. Identify hazards and ensure safety in the kitchen, reporting issues to the Chef de Partie and Executive Chef. Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, uniform cleanliness, and camaraderie. Adhere to hotel procedures such as temperature checks, food labelling/dating, cleaning schedules, and hygiene regulations, maintaining all records. Keep your section clean and assist with hygiene or cleanliness tasks as directed by the Chef de Partie and Executive Chef. Follow all food safety and health & safety policies at all times. Be aware of hygiene controls and chemicals used in the workplace. Understand and act upon fire procedures. Work constructively as part of a team to help the hotel achieve its goals in the luxury sector. Comply with all hotel and company policies. Attend all required training sessions. Respond reasonably to requests from superiors. Requirements At least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, or higher in Hospitality/Tourism or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience. HACCP certification. Good command of English.
