Requirements :
Fluent in English (C1 level or above) — must be able to think and communicate like a native marketer
60+ hours a week availability
Extremely ambitious individual
Basic experience with paid ads, sales funnels, or ecommerce — even if freelance, side project, or internship
Fast learner who wants to be mentored by someone who’s scaled to 8+ figures
Comfortable writing or editing marketing content (headlines, ad copy, basic landing page edits)
Extremely organized and proactive — you take ownership, follow through on tasks, and don’t need to be micromanaged
Basic familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager or similar paid traffic platforms
Strong analytical thinking — you enjoy understanding what makes things convert and are curious about performance metrics like CPA, CTR, and AOV

Job Description :
We’re looking for a Direct Response Marketing Assistant who isn’t just here to support — but to rise fast and take over. This is a rare opportunity to work side-by-side with the founder and current Head of Marketing of a multi 8-figure direct response brand(going to 9 figures) — and be personally trained to eventually replace him.
Your job? Learn the entire performance marketing engine from the inside out — funnels, offers, ad strategy, creative direction, testing, optimization — everything.
My job? Teach you everything I know so that within months, you can take full ownership and lead the growth engine yourself.
You’ll start by helping us execute across ad platforms, funnels, and creative reviews — but the real goal is to become the next Head of Direct Response Marketing at Nebroo.

What You’ll Be In Charge Of (Long term, after I will feel confident that you can effectively replace me)
Developing and owning the testing roadmap across all paid platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Taboola, etc.)
Leading funnel strategy and execution — from idea to launch (including pre-landers, VSLs, checkout flows, upsells)
Collaborating with our copywriter to shape offer angles, hooks, and creative direction
Reviewing all major creatives (VSLs, ads, landers) before launch — giving high-level feedback and final approvals
Optimizing conversion rates, AOV, and CPA across full funnels using both quantitative data and qualitative insights
Running competitor research and funnel teardowns to inform strategy
Coordinating with devs, video editors, and designers to bring funnel assets to life
Identifying bottlenecks, scaling opportunities, and next-level growth levers on an ongoing basis
Reporting directly to the founder / CMO and working as the strategic driver behind growth
Compensation & Equity :
Compensation in the short term will be purely based on your experience.
While long term, if you grow as planned, you can expect a substantial salary increase and potentially even equity down the line. This will be discussed further in the interview process.
