OverviewAs Account Manager - Italy you will drive new business while growing existing accounts in the Italian market. You will partner with cross‐functional teams to execute account plans, position AVEVA's industrial software solutions, and meet revenue targets. You'll stay informed on industry trends and competitors to articulate value propositions. This role places you at the center of a growth‐focused Commercial team, enabling you to shape customer success and ARR.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and engage new customers to secure new business and expand market presenceDevelop and nurture relationships with existing customers to drive upsell and cross‐sell opportunities and raise ARRDevelop and execute detailed account plans from prospecting to closing to meet revenue targetsCollaborate with internal teams to support account management and achieve sales goalsStay informed on industry trends and customer needs to position AVEVA's solutions effectivelyMaintain product and sales‐methodology knowledge through ongoing trainingDeliver compelling sales presentations addressing business needs and AVEVA differentiatorsProactively address and resolve customer issues with internal collaborationManage sales pipeline using Salesforce and MEDDPICC to ensure accurate forecasts and reportingQualificationsProven track record in solution‐based direct sales with relationship‐building at multiple levelsBusiness development experience focused on hunting new customers and opportunitiesAbility to achieve and deliver against individual sales targetsExperience selling SaaS or DaaS solutions and closing complex software and product agreementsFluent in English with local language proficiency at least B2 levelStrong interpersonal and relationship management abilities with diverse stakeholdersAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team
