OverviewAs a Channel Sales Manager at A-SAFE, you'll be responsible for driving revenue by managing and growing the partner network across the region. This is a senior, field-based position responsible for the execution and implementation of a comprehensive partner program and channel sales strategy. The ideal candidate will have excellent account management skills, a proven channel sales track record, and a deep understanding of the industrial safety sector.Requirement to speak English, Portuguese and Spanish • This is a remote position open to candidates in South America • Must live within minutes of a major international airport and be willing to commit to extensive travel (60%) to manage a dedicated territoryResponsibilitiesBuild A-SAFE credibility, brand value and trust with partners.Identify new areas for growth; propose and manage programs and initiatives accordingly.Create, implement, and execute a strategic sales plan for growing revenue through partners.Take overall responsibility to recruit, develop and manage new and existing channel partners.Qualify new partnership opportunities and facilitate partner onboarding and enablement requirements.Qualifications3 years of experience as a Partner/Channel ManagerExperience in managing large scale relationshipsAbility to plan, execute and monitor comprehensive business plansProven ability to enable, grow & manage multiple channel partners while paying strict attention to detailsExperience in Industrial Manufacturing & DCsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsCompensationExact compensation is dependent on circumstance of each case and will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location.
