Mission The Resource Efficiency and Management Unit of RINA is seeking a highly motivated candidate to support the team in managing and developing projects and proposals for International Financing Institutions (EBRD, EIB, WB, etc.). The successful candidate will have a passion for energy transition and the green economy sectors, strong project management skills, good communication skills, and an excellent teamwork attitude. Key Accountabilities Assist the Project Manager in running projects for International Financing Institutions in the fields of energy transition, SME (small and medium enterprises) competitiveness, gender parity, and green finance; Interact actively with clients to deliver projects and identify / develop commercial opportunities; Support the elaboration and revision of technical reports related to Green Financing and SME competitiveness; Coordinate with local and international consultants to ensure quality standards across projects; Develop new project opportunities, prepare technical proposals, and estimate costs; Support overall project management in line with client requests; Stay updated on regulations and best practices related to product quality, safety, environment, and health and safety of SMEs. Experience Passion for and interest in the energy transition field and gender empowerment, especially within a just transition context. Excellent communication skills in Italian and English, both oral and written; knowledge of a third language is a plus. Ability to write well-structured, concise, and reasoned reports, proposals, and documents. Availability for short business trips within and outside the EU. LI-MP3 Proficiency in Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Strong team player with excellent communication skills. Education Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or Engineering (General).
