Job Description
* Develop and execute global indirect procurement and category strategies to optimize cost, quality, and service.
* Lead sourcing activities including market analysis, supplier selection, RFP/RFQ processes, and contract negotiations.
* Manage supplier performance and relationships, ensuring contract compliance and resolving operational issues.
* Partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver savings, drive best practices, and implement sourcing or supplier transitions.
* Enhance procurement processes and systems, support ERP rollouts, provide reporting, and coach Buyers to ensure strategy alignment and capability building.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field; Master’s or professional certifications (MAI, DESMA, CIPS, CPSM) preferred.
* 5+ years in Category Management and 7+ years in procurement/sourcing, with focus on indirect spend.
* Strong expertise in procurement strategy, supplier management, and contract negotiation.
* Solid analytical and project management skills, able to manage complex data and multiple initiatives simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; proficiency with procurement tools (e.g., SAP Ariba, IFS, or similar).
* Fluency in English
