We are seeking a Presales Engineer, a full-time and remote from Italy position. Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting business development through roadshows and workshops;
* Acting as the technical expert in sales pitches and meetings;
* Building and maintaining relationships with partners;
* Preparing technical materials for pre-sales support;
* Training partners to understand EcoFlow's key USPs;
* Gathering feedback for product improvement;
* Assisting partners in customizing solutions for success.
Your profile includes:
* A Bachelor's degree or higher in science or engineering, preferably in electrical engineering or related fields;
* At least 3 years of experience in customer communication and pre-sales technical support, ideally in residential energy storage;
* Strong self-drive, proactive attitude, and ability to work independently and in teams;
* Excellent communication skills, comfortable with customer interactions and training;
* Ability to understand customer needs and develop solutions;
* A passion for the industry and willingness to learn;
* Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
