Colussi Group is looking for a Global Brand Manager – Bakery Products to drive brand growth and reinforce our presence in both Italian and international markets. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for building brand equity through data-driven marketing strategies and powerful, consumer-centric innovation.
Reporting directly to one of our Marketing Manager, he/she will be the key player in turning market insights into actionable plans across the full marketing mix, working in close collaboration with cross-functional and international teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute brand strategies that align with overall business goals, ensuring brand equity, consistency, and positioning across markets.
* Lead the annual marketing planning process, defining objectives, target KPIs, and budget allocation.
* Analyze market trends and brand performance, identifying growth opportunities through competitor benchmarking, consumer insight analysis, and pricing strategies.
* Lead go-to-market initiatives for new product development, working closely with R&D, Supply Chain, and Sales teams from concept to launch.
* Oversee 360° communication strategies, including media, digital campaigns, in-store visibility, and PR, in collaboration with external agencies.
* Monitor brand KPIs (volume, revenue, margin, share) and drive corrective actions when needed.
* Manage the product portfolio lifecycle, ensuring strategic alignment and operational excellence.
* Collaborate with international commercial teams to adapt brand strategies to local markets.
Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
* Experience: 3+ years in marketing roles, preferably in food, snacking, or FMCG sectors.
* Skills: Strong analytical mindset and ability to turn insights into action; Excellent project management and communication skills; Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international, and cross-functional environment.
* Personal Attributes: Creativity, strategic thinking, and the ability to adapt and innovate in a competitive international landscape.
* Languages: Fluent in English; French is a strong plus.
* Willingness to travel within Italy and abroad.
